Park Rules

We at DFW Mid-Cities RV Park want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay with us, so we ask that all campers and their guests respect and abide by the rules and regulations we have put in place. These rules and regulations are in place to protect your personal enjoyment and for your safety.

  • BACKGROUND CHECK: All Guests 18 or older are required to have a background check completed in order to stay at the park.
  • QUIET TIME: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. – please be considerate of others at all times. No loud music at any time. No loud activities that are disturbing to neighbors. 
  • CHECK-OUT:  11:00 A.M.- Due to previous reservations, if your plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chances are of keeping your site. 
  • SPEED LIMIT: Please observe a speed limit to no more than 10 mph. Guests will be held accountable for their visitors’ actions. 
  • SEWER: Sewer connections – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut. No leaks of any kind. No baby wipes shall be put in the toilet, not even flushable kind.
  • PETS: All animals will be on a leash when outside and the owner will be present, no animal will be left unattended. OWNER MUST IMMEDIATELY PICK UP WASTE AFTER THEIR PETS, by failing to do so you will receive a $50 fee. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. No aggressive breeds of dogs will be allowed. 
  • TRASH: Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only.  All garbage must be bagged and tied, boxes broken down. No Furniture, appliances, mattresses or construction materials are to be put in or around the dumpster. DO NOT leave trash outside of your RV. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be cleaned and orderly, as determined by management. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. 
  • SITE CLEANLINESS: All tables, chairs, grills, etc. will be stored in a neat and orderly fashion close to your RV. No appliances or indoor type furniture will be left outdoors at any time. Outdoor rugs must be in good shape and not torn or frayed at edges. Site will be kept in a neat and orderly manner at all times. 
  • Banners or Flags: No political banners or flags are aloud to be posted at your site.  No flags shall be flown other than the U.S. Flag or the Texas flag. 
  • INTERNET: Internet access at each pedestal is provided at no charge. Guest is required to have own router and CAT5/CAT6 cable to run from pedestal to Guest’s router.  RV Park makes no guarantees of the operations of this service. 
  • PARKING: Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough to accommodate. Temporary parking during the day can be on the shoulder of the main drive. All cars and trucks on property will be in running condition and have current inspection tags. DO NOT PARK ON GRASS. ADDITIONAL TRAILERS MUST BE APPROVED.  CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. RV Park is not responsible for any electric components on or in RV’s. 
  • CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. This will be reason for immediate removal without refund. 
  • DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of DFW MidCities RV Park.  Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate removal without a refund.  Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential. 
  • LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the convenience of the guest. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The RV park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of god or other unfortunate circumferences. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. 
  • Assignment and Subletting: Guest shall not sublet the RV spots, or any part of the premises, or assign this agreement without Host’s prior, express, written consent.
  • Maintenance and Redelivery of RV Spot: Guest shall keep and maintain the RV spot in a CLEAN AND SANITARY CONDITION AT ALL TIMES, on the expiration or earlier termination of the relationship Guest shall surrender the RV Spot to Host in as good condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear and damage by the elements are expected. At no time may Guest alter, improve or repair the RV Park without authorization.  In the event Guest damages RV Park or the RV Spot, Guest is liable for damages and responsible for paying for the repairs.
  • LATE FEES: Any payments made after due date will be subject to a late fee in the amount of $25 plus $10 per day.  After eight consecutive days of being late the guest may be asked to leave. Guest agrees all unpaid fees are subject to be charged to card on file. 
  • NO-REFUND POLICY: We do not give refunds, however we can offer you a credit that will not expire for up to 12 months.
  • EVICTION: RV may be removed from the premises if the occupant defaults on the site agreement. If a Guest does not pay their payment when the payment is due, or has otherwise broken the site agreement the owner or manager of the RV Park can issue a 24-hour eviction notice to the defaulting occupant, stating that the occupant has 24 hours to remove themselves and their Recreational Vehicle from the property. If, at the end of the 24 hour period, the renter has not removed their recreational vehicle, Guest is in agreement it can be legally towed at owner’s expense.
  • MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND.
  • MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY. 
  • GUESTS AND THEIR VISITORS ARE EXPECTED TO OBEY ALL PARK RULES. 
  • GUESTS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF RULES BY THEIR VISITORS. AT NO TIME SHALL THERE BE NOISE VIOLATIONS THAT WILL BE DISTURBING TO NEIGHBORS. ALL RV’S WILL BE MAINTAINED SO THAT THERE ARE NO LEAKS OF ANY KIND AND WILL BE KEPT NEAT IN APPEARANCE. 
  • ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WILL BE NOT TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM PREMISES. 
  • PET OWNERS WILL IMMEDIATELY PICK UP WASTE AFTER PETS.
  • GUESTS AGREES THAT ANY VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM RV PARK.
